How the Service Titan + AI Receptionist Integration works
- With this Integration, after every call, AI Receptionist will:
- Create a new customer if one does not exist
- Add the call details, and summary notes in the notes section of a customer
Note: ServiceTitan requires an address to create a new customer. Therefore, the integration (and your call instructions) need to require an address for this integration to send callers into ServiceTitan.
How to connect your ServiceTitan account to Smith.ai
Before connecting your ServiceTitan account to Smith.ai, you’ll need to collect your Tenant ID from ServiceTitan and send it to Smith.ai at support@smith.ai with the subject line "ServiceTitan Integration Request".
- You can find your Tenant ID in your ServiceTitan portal by following these instructions.
Once Smith.ai responds you have been added, you can continue to set up the integration.
- Log into your ServiceTitan portal.
- Collect the following information from your ServiceTitan portal by following these instructions:
- Tenant ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
Once you’ve collected all the required information from your ServiceTitan account, you’re now ready to connect it to your Smith.ai virtual receptionist account.
- Go to your Smith.ai virtual receptionist Dashboard and select the “Integrations” tab.
- Select ServiceTitan to begin the integration process.
- Complete the required form with the information you collected earlier from your ServiceTitan account: Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret.
- Click the "Connect ServiceTitan" button.
- That’s it! Once you’ve completed the last step, you'll see a confirmation and the integration between your Smith.ai account and ServiceTitan will be live!
Note: The time zone that appears in the call summary will match the time zone set for your Smith.ai account.
