How to Request AI Receptionist Cancellation From the Dashboard
1. Log in to your AI Receptionist dashboard and navigate to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page. Locate the Change Plan or Cancel
Account section.
3. Click the Request Cancellation button.
4. (Optional) Enter a reason for cancellation to help us improve our service.
5. Click Save.
You’ll see a confirmation message on your screen to confirm that your cancellation request was submitted successfully. You will also receive an email confirmation of this to the email address associated with your account.

Does my service stop immediately after I request to cancel?
- No, submitting a cancellation request does not immediately stop your service. Our team will contact you to complete the cancellation process.
Can I change my mind after submitting a cancellation request?
- Yes! Withdraw your cancellation request anytime by emailing our support team at support@smith.ai.
Can I submit more than one cancellation request?
- No. Once you’ve submitted a request, the cancellation button will be disabled until the request is resolved or withdrawn.
Can I schedule a cancellation for a future date?
- No. Currently, all cancellation requests are manually processed by our support team after you submit them.
