How to configure your AI Receptionist's voice
You can select from 10 AI-generated voices that vary in gender, tone, and accent.
1. Go to the “Sound Preferences” page
2. Find “Voice Preferences”
3. Using the dropdown, select the voice you would like to use
4. Configure additional voice preferences like speed
5. Click "Save" to apply your changes immediately to all calls
Note: Your voice selection applies to your entire account, across all call types.

- No, the selected voice will be applied to your entire account and will be used for all call types.
- Can I upload my own voice or audio file?
- No, we do not support voice cloning or uploading audio files at this time.
- Is there a limit to how many times I can change the voice on my account?
- There is no limit to how many times you can change or preview a voice on your account. You can update the voice and speed anytime.
- How quickly will my voice customization changes go into effect?
- Once you've saved your edits, changes are applied instantly to all call flows.
