How to change your AI Receptionist's voice

You can select from 10 AI-generated voices that vary in gender, tone, and accent.

1. Go to the Instructions section of your dashboard.

2. Find the How should we speak to your callers section and click Change to edit.

3. Choose a voice from the Voice drop-down.

3. Use the Preview button to listen to the selected voice read your greeting.

4. Click Save to apply your selected voice across all your call flows.

Note: Your voice selection applies to your entire account, including all call types.

How to adjust how quickly your AI Receptionist speaks

You can adjust the speaking speed of your AI Receptionist to match your brand’s personality.

1. Go to the Instructions section of your dashboard.

2. Find the How should we speak to your callers section and click Change to edit.

3. Find the Speaking Style slider and drag the slider to your preferred speed.

4. Click the Preview button to listen to how the voice sounds at your selected speed.

5. Click Save to apply the selected speed and voice settings instantly to all calls.

• Will the current voice on my account change with the release of this feature?
  • No, your AI Receptionist will continue using the current default voice until you select a different option.
• Can I apply a different voice depending on the call type?
  • No, the selected voice will be applied to your entire account and will be used for all call types.
• Can I upload my own voice or audio file?
  • No, we do not support voice cloning or uploading audio files at this time.
• Is there a limit to how many times I can change the voice on my account?
  • There is no limit to how many times you can change or preview a voice on your account. You can update the voice and speed anytime.
• How quickly will my voice customization changes go into effect?
  • Once you've saved your edits, changes are applied instantly to all call flows.
