We want to ensure you get the most out of your Voice Assistant with Smith.ai and understand that you need to test your voicebot.

You will be allotted 5 test calls per month. You will not be billed for these calls, so you can ensure the effectiveness of your Voice Assistant.
How do I mark a call as a test?
Once you have completed a test call, return to the main page of your dashboard.
Select your test call from the Call Log.
On the Call Details page, you will see an option to mark a call as a test. This will ensure you are not charged to preview your Voice Assistant.
If you are unable to click the button, then you have already used your allotted test calls for this billing period.
When you return to the Call Log, the test calls will not be visible by default.
How can I view test calls?
To view test calls in the Call Log, check the "Show blocked/spam/test/no answer" box on the Call History page.
