How To forward calls from Verizon to SmithAI

Follow the steps outlined below to forward calls from your Verizon phone to your Smith.ai receptionists:

Direct Call Forwarding

1. Open the Phone app on your smartphone (or use the dial pad on your basic phone) and dial *72 then your 10-digit Smith.ai number.

   (e.g., *72-818-123-4567.)

2. Tap the Call icon and wait to hear a confirmation tone or message.

Call Forwarding if Busy/ No Answer

1. Open the Phone app on your smartphone (or use the dial pad on your basic phone) and dial *71 then your 10-digit Smith.ai number.

   (e.g., *71-818-123-4567.)

2. Tap the Call icon and wait to hear a confirmation tone or message.

To turn off the call forwarding

1. Open the Phone app on your smartphone (or use the dial pad on your basic phone) and dial *73.

2. Tap the Call icon and wait to hear a confirmation tone or message.
