How to Update Your Payment Method for Your Voice Assistant Service

  1. Log in to your Voice Assistant dashboard. 
  2. Go to Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom left. 
  3. Scroll down past your Plan Details to the Payment Method section. 
    • If your current payment method has previously failed, the Payment Method section will be pink. 
  4. Click Update to edit or change your payment method.
  5. To add a secondary payment method, click Add a secondary payment method.
    • A secondary payment method can help avoid unnecessary service interruptions if the primary method fails.
    • Your primary payment method will always be charged first.
    • If your primary payment method fails, and your secondary email is charged, you will be notified via email.
  6. A new window will pop up for you to input your credit card information.
  7. Click Update Card Details
    First time adding a card? Click Add Card Details.

Please note: 
The system automatically retries any failed payments when you update your payment method.
