- Log in to your Voice Assistant dashboard.
- Go to Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom left.
- Scroll down past your Plan Details to the Payment Method section.
- If your current payment method has previously failed, the Payment Method section will be pink.
- Click Update to edit or change your payment method.
- To add a secondary payment method, click Add a secondary payment method.
- A secondary payment method can help avoid unnecessary service interruptions if the primary method fails.
- Your primary payment method will always be charged first.
- If your primary payment method fails, and your secondary email is charged, you will be notified via email.
- A new window will pop up for you to input your credit card information.
- Click Update Card Details
First time adding a card? Click Add Card Details.
Please note:
The system automatically retries any failed payments when you update your payment method.
