How to Change Caller ID Settings for Incoming Transfers from AI Receptionist
- Open your Smith.ai dashboard and navigate to the Call Handling tab
- Scroll to the Caller ID on Transferred Calls heading
- Select which option you prefer. Changes are saved automatically.
