Smith.ai AI Receptionist integrates with many of the tools you already use to manage your business, schedule appointments, and automate workflows.

The integrations available to you depend on your Smith.ai plan. Some integrations can be connected directly through your dashboard and are available on the Free Plan, while others require hands-on setup from the Smith.ai team and are available on paid plans.

Integrations available on the Free Plan

The following integrations are available to Free Plan users:

Calendly
Filevine
HighLevel
Housecall Pro
Make
ServiceTitan
Zapier
Zoho CRM

These integrations are self-service and can be connected and configured without assistance from the Smith.ai team.

Connecting an integration

Log in to your Smith.ai AI Receptionist Dashboard.
Navigate to Integrations.
Select the integration you'd like to connect.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup.

Some third-party platforms may require specific permissions, subscription levels, or API access to complete the connection.

Integrations available on paid plans

Some integrations require additional configuration or hands-on setup from the Smith.ai team. Because of this, they are available on paid plans rather than the self-service Free Plan.

Paid plans also include access to all of the self-service integrations available on the Free Plan.
