How the integration works
When a call is completed, you'll see messages that look something like this in your Inbox:
From your Inbox, you can choose to:
- Add the new lead as a contact,
- Complete quick intake for the caller, or
- Ignore it
No matter your next step, the key benefit is that lead details and call summaries are logged instantly in Clio Grow — so you don’t have to manually enter each new caller. It's one less task on your plate!
How to enable the Clio Grow integration with your AI Receptionist
1. Open a new browser window, log in to Clio Grow, and copy your Inbox Token, which can be found under Integrations, within the Settings menu.
2. Send your Inbox Token to us in an email to support@smith.ai with the subject line "Clio Grow integration." We can typically link your Clio Grow and AI Receptionist accounts in just a few business days.
If you also use Clio Manage
Please click here if you would like to enable the Clio Manage integration as well!
Once you have enabled both integrations, we can segment your callers by type, sending some to Grow and others to Manage.
Email us your preferences to support@smith.ai to let us know which caller types to send to which system, for example:
- Existing client - Clio Manage
- New lead - Clio Grow
- Other- Clio Grow
Note: If you don’t let us know how to route specific types of callers, all callers will go into Clio Manage by default.
