How to Set Up Payment Collection for Bookings with AI Receptionist

1. Confirm that your scheduling calendar/form includes secure, embedded fields for payment collection
2. Copy the link to your scheduling calendar/form
3. Open your Smith.ai dashboard and navigate to the Instructions tab
4. Find the call type(s) you have set up for scheduling an appointment and click Configure
   
   
   
5. Paste your scheduling calendar/form link into the Calendar URL field

   
   

   
   
   
6. Click Save to put your changes into effect immediately
