Whether payment is required or requested, it's easy to set this up in your AI Receptionist dashboard — all you need to get started is a scheduling link with an embedded payment collection form.

How to Set Up Payment Collection for Bookings with AI Receptionist
- Confirm that your scheduling form includes secure, embedded fields for payment collection
- Copy the link to your scheduling form/calendar
- Login to your AI Receptionist dashboard and navigate to the Instructions tab
- Find the caller type playbook you want to enable payment collection for and click Configure

- Scroll down to Call action and select Schedule an appointment

- In the Choose service for scheduling dropdown menu, select Any public calendar link
- Paste your scheduling calendar/form link into the Booking form link field

- Click Save to put your changes into effect immediately
