How to Set Up Your Business Information

The business info page allows you to control four sections that your Voice Assistant uses to answer questions from callers: 

• Business name
• Business website
• Business address
• Business opening hours

How to update your business information

1. Log into the Smith.ai dashboard: https://app.smith.ai/vr/.
2. Click Business Info in the menu.
3. To make changes, click the blue "Update" link under the appropriate field. 
4. Changes will be applied immediately upon saving.

5. Once you click Save, you'll receive this confirmation message that the information has been updated successfully.
