How To Change Your Greeting

1. Go to your dashboard: https://app.smith.ai/vr/.
   
2. Click the clipboard icon in the toolbar to the left to access your call handling instructions.
   
   
   
3. The first section is the greeting the Voice Assistant will use to greet your callers. 
   
4. To change the greeting listed, click “Change.”
    
   
   
5. You will see a list of three greeting options. Make your selection and click “Save.” A green text box will indicate that your greeting has been saved.
