Adding driving directions to your account ensures that our system can guide your callers efficiently to your location. This feature helps eliminate confusion, saves time, and gives customers clear, accurate directions. By making this information available, you enhance the caller experience and streamline customer visits.
Some examples of directions:
From downtown, head east on Main Street, turn right onto Oak Avenue and then left onto Pine Boulevard. You will find us on the right before the McDonalds.
From I-45, take Exit 12, merge onto Maple Drive, turn left on Pine Boulevard, and find us on the left before the traffic light.
How to add directions to your instructions
- Go to your dashboard: https://app.smith.ai/vr/.
- Click the clipboard icon in the toolbar to the left to access your instructions.
- Scroll to the Directions section at the bottom of the page.
- Click the "Edit" link on the right side of the page.
- Enter the directions in the text box.
Be sure to concisely describe the driving directions to your location. You can also include information regarding parking, if necessary. Keep in mind that you are limited to 200 characters. - Once satisfied with the changes, click "Save." You will see a green text box indicating that your changes have been saved.
