AI Receptionist can qualify your new leads based on location or service area.
- Log into the Smith.ai dashboard: https://app.smith.ai/vr/
- Click on the “Instructions” icon on the left-hand menu
- Choose “Configure” for Potential new clients & customers
- Click to add qualifications based on location.
You can add up to ten locations, which can be either city, state, or county. It is important to stick to the same location type for each field.
5. Click to add the types of services you offer. You can add up to ten services.
6. Scroll to the Custom Qualification section.
- Click + Add another to create a new question.
- Type a Yes/No question (e.g., Do you have insurance?).
- Choose whether a Yes or No response will qualify the caller.
- Repeat for additional questions (up to 3 max).
7. Edit or remove custom qualification questions as needed.
- If only one question remains, you cannot delete it unless you remove the entire Custom Qualifications section.
8. Ensure all questions are properly formatted as Yes/No questions.
9. Click Save to apply changes.
