How To Qualify New Leads

Voice Assistant can qualify your new leads based on location or service area. 

1. Log into the Smith.ai dashboard: https://app.smith.ai/vr/
2. Click on the “Instructions” icon on the left-hand menu
3. Choose “Configure” for Potential new clients & customers
   
   
   
   
4. Click to add qualifications based on location.
   
   

You can add up to five locations, which can be either city, state, or county. It is important to stick to the same location type for each field.

5. Click to add the types of services you offer. You can add up to five services.

6. Once you've successfully added your qualifiers, click Save at the bottom.
