- Go to https://app.smith.ai/vr/.
- On your dashboard's main "Call History" page, you will see the following modal at the top of the page with a phone number you can use call in.
- Call the phone number. The Voice Assistant will greet you, and the AI will follow the instructions you have set on your account.
- Note anything you would like to adjust so you can change it later in the Call Instructions section of your dashboard.
Marking the Call as a Test
To ensure you are not charged for the test call, you'll need to mark it as a test call once it is complete. To do so:
- Return to the main page of your dashboard.
- Select your call from the Call Log.
- Once on the Call Details page, mark your call as a test.
When you return to the Call Log, that call will not be visible by default.
How can I view test calls?
To view test calls in the Call Log, check the "Show blocked/spam/test/no answer" box on the Call History page.
